VPLAN is a software for modelling, simulation, parameter estimation and optimum experimental design for processes described by differential equation systems written by Stefan Körkel and his research group. The software VPLAN is not freely available.
The methods implemented in VPLAN are desicribed,e.g., in Stefan Körkel's PhD thesis. An introduction to the software is given in this preprint.
