Well, according to the guidelines of this wiki, we recommend to look for a problem that is structurally as similar as possible to the one you would like to contribute, to edit the corresponding page, and to copy this text to the new page. Going through this text, you then simply replace content and adapt wherever necessary. The best place to start looking for candidate pages is probably here.
