This category lists all problems for which VPLAN code is provided.

VPLAN is a software for modelling, simulation, parameter estimation and optimum experimental design for processes described by differential equation systems written by Stefan Körkel and his research group. The software VPLAN is not freely available.

The methods implemented in VPLAN are desicribed, e.g., in Stefan Körkel's PhD thesis. An introduction to the software is given in this preprint.

During the time several students and PhD students extended the software with tailored, structure exploiting and efficient methods, e.g., the parameter estimation method PAREMERA or the SQP method [ blockSQP]
